![]() Games such as Square Tetris, Cascade Tetris, Hot-Line Tetris and several more add new gameplay to keep you coming back for more. ![]() ![]() Tetris Worlds on Game Boy Advance only has minor tweaks to the original in story mode but does feature many two-minute Tetris games in ‘Arcade Mode’. Not dissimilar to modern mobile games such as Candy Crush. It has gone on to feature on several Nintendo consoles as Puzzle League and focuses on arranging blocks in rows of three or more to clear them. It’s a version of the Japanese game Panel de Pon but with more Mario-inspired artwork. Tetris Attack on SNES is a whole new game altogther though. New modes include Sparkliss – bombs can take out lots of bricks – and Magicaliss – bombs can destroy all blocks of one colour. The third SNES game adds Super to its name and again focuses on bombs and colours like the second game. Mario which is also worth checking out as a cool kind of Tetris spin-off. Tetris 2 focuses more on the colours of the blocks to clear in a way that is not dissimilar to Dr. But if you don’t create those lines the blocks will build up to the top until you can’t continue. Place the randomly chosen tetromino shapes to the bottom of the screen to create rows of lines which then disappear. ![]() In case you have somehow never played Tetris, it’s simple to get into. Where else to start but with the original classic Tetris? It’s as basic as it is brilliant.
